Same Spirit Inc. does not accept returns. All Sales are Final. If your purchase arrives damaged and was shipped as an "upgrade" via Fedex, please contact us within 3 business days of package arrival. Retain all packaging and box in the case it is to be inspected by carrier concerning a damage claim. Customer assumes all damages and breakage unless additional postal insurance is requested by customer. Concerning all "insured" postal shipments, customer is responsible for the filing of any claims in the result of any damages incurred.
